Pumpkins and potatoes Parmigiana

Pumpkins and potatoes Parmigiana

Vegetarian recipe. #vegetableeasyrecipe

This is an alternative version of the classic “Parmigiana”, perfect if you have mixed leftover cheese in your fridge. Smoked provolone (or other smoked cheese) is perfect.
