Vegetarian super burger
Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
½ leek, finely chopped
½ kg pumpkins, peeled, deseeded and chopped into chunks
1 potato, peeled, and chopped into chunks
700ml water
2 slices rye bread or other stale bread as you please

For this recipe, you can use leftover chickpea or boil on purpose.

The addition of cut in square hard-type cheese is optional, since it increases the amount of calories. I call it soufflè, because of its texture, though the traditional recipe doesn’t foresee the use of baking powder
